Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. We are currently only accepting orders from the UK.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet.

These voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Offer is not transferrable and is only awarded to original recipient.
There is a standard shipping charge of £10 on all orders of £60 and under, for orders placed on www.spasupplies.co.uk. All orders exceeding £60 will be entitled to free shipping.

Shipping And Handling

There will be a standard carriage fee of £10 (Inclusive of VAT) for the delivery of all orders up to the value of £60. Any persons making purchases for over £60 will receive free delivery of their goods.

Delivery Schedule

Here at Spa Supplies we endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and get your order from 'the store to your door' within 24 hours of ordering*. Orders placed after 1.00pm may be carried over to the following day. However, unforeseen delays on the part of our courier company can occur and are totally out of our control; we cannot take any responsibility for these.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that we do not have the product you require in stock, a 'Back Order' procedure will be used. Your product will then be forwarded to you as soon as possible at no further carriage charge. If the item is out of stock for more than 14 days the cost of that item will be refunded to you and you will be informed at a later date of it's arrival.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 15.0% VAT is added.

Guarantee

Each product carries it's own guarantee. Our 'Returns Policy' states that if you are dissatisfied with any product you receive you need to return the product, with a covering letter, within 10 days of purchase and we will perform a satisfactory assessment. Once the assessment has been performed a refund or replacement item will be sent to you accordingly.
